About the club

The GBGC organises several competitions throughout the year:

• GBGC Tour – Multiple Individual competitions which allow you to golf everywhere on the island, especially in Mont Choisy.
• Match-play team tournament.
• Elite tournament at the end of the year, represented by our 4 best gross performers, facing the other clubs’ elite golfers on the island.
• Annual interclub meeting against our friends from the TGC.
• Golf lessons for beginners.
• other special events.

The GBGC also promotes golf among young people and subsidises their golf lessons through schools in the North to give them a taste for this fun and addictive sport 😉

The GBGC provides its members with golfing and non-golfing benefits in partnership with its sponsors and golf courses.

For all golfers wishing to have a good time and meet other golfers who also like to have a good time!

Membership will allow you to receive emails from the GBGC and therefore to be informed about the next events organized and of course to claim the prizes at stake during the GBGC competitions.

Founded in 2018 by a handful of friends and under the encouragement & guidance of our friends at the TGC, the club has been a real success since its inception. Affiliated with The MGF, the GBGC is a non-profitable association. With around 300 members renewing each year, the GBGC, through lots of goodwill, brings Mauritian golf to life.
